COLLEGE ACHIEVEMENTS

LEGAL AID PROGRAM

LEGAL AID PROGRAM was organized in Amitaganahalli village, Chintamani Taluk, Chikkabalapur Dist., in the year of 2007. 79 Students participated in the program and they identify 200 cases pending in the courts. They compromised 59 cases in front of the Lok Adalath Court.

LEGAL CLINIC

LEGAL CLINIC Program was organized at Bellur Village, Kolar Taluk, in the year 2009 Relating to the BPL and APL Ration Cards, bringing awareness and importance of those Cards. Students went to the door steps of the villagers and explained the necessities and provided the information for getting those cards. At last a valedictory function was organized in the evening Mr. V. R. Sudharshan facilitated the function and renders the speech concluding the function.

LEGAL AID SURVEY PROGRAM

The College has organized the Survey Regarding Disables with Co-ordination of Association for Physically Disabled Bangalore. College took Vinobhanagar, Gazaladinne and Kogilahalli, as a survey area in the Kolar district in the year of 2009. Students identified 20 blind children 15 Physically disabled children and 10 hear and speech impaired children. A report was submitted to the Govt. of Karnataka for necessary action.

LEGAL AWARENESS PROGRAM

The College has organized Legal Awareness program in association with District Legal Services Authority and Advocates Association Kolar in the year 2009. V. M Aradhya Principal district and session judge and chairmen of district legal service authority inaugurated the function. Mrs. Lavanya Latha Chief Judicial Magistrate was the chief guest for this program they gave speech on legal-aid to the every common people in the society.

INTER COLLEGE SPORTS COMPETITION

The College is organizing Inter College Sports competition with respect to cricket tournament between all the colleges in the Kolar, College participated in the tournament and winners were given cash prize and mementos.
